Change is here. Are you ready?
You’ve arrived. The life you’ve been working for and planning for is finally yours. So why do you have this feeling in the pit of your stomach that something isn’t quite right? Why does it feel like you’re still fighting the same battles you’ve been fighting for years? Why don’t you feel lighter, more carefree...happier?
Survive and Thrive.
When everyday life stressors collide with major life transitions the anxiety and self-doubt can feel crushing.
I help people survive and thrive during major life transitions. For the last decade I have supported people through these challenging experiences, first as a full spectrum doula and now as a therapist. I know intimately the anxiety that can come from wanting to do things perfectly, from wanting to please others, from wanting to be the best. I’m here to help you get through this, to learn more about yourself, to become who you were meant to be...and to have a little fun along the way.
Together, we will help you:
Trust your decisions. Learn what you really desire, take action, and shut the rest out.
Embrace your ambition. Stop apologizing for going after what you want.
Forget perfect. Love the messy parts of yourself, mistakes and all.
Drop “should.” Say goodbye to impossible expectations, and do what’s best for you.
Eliminate guilt. Cultivate empathy and understand your fear. Guilt is, well...useless.
Live better. Tune in to your emotions, learn who you are, invest in yourself.
